Online Account Recovery

Who this is for

We help the rightful owner regain access to an online account they already own. The goal is simple: return your data and your access.

This is not a remote-only “password reset” service. We verify identity in person before we work with you and the official recovery process for that provider.

What we can help with

• Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Microsoft account lockouts
• Google, Gmail, and Google Workspace access problems
• Apple ID and iCloud recovery when you can prove you are the owner
• Domain, hosting, and business email administrator lockouts
• Other cloud and subscription accounts used for home or small-business work

If a provider’s official process is the only safe path, we walk you through it in person. We do not bypass a company’s security on anyone’s behalf.

Authorization comes first

We only assist the authorized owner or an adult they have clearly designated. Expect a face-to-face meeting in Watchung and government-issued photo ID. For a business account we also confirm you are allowed to act for that company.

If we cannot verify that the account is yours, we will not proceed. That protects you as much as it protects everyone else.

How a visit works

• Call or email so we know what is locked and which ID you can bring.
• Walk in during business hours, or schedule after-hours by appointment.
• We verify identity in person, then review the official recovery options with you.
• You receive a written estimate before any paid work begins.
• Work stays confidential. We do not discuss customers or publish case lists.

Existing customers can arrange after-hours help when needed. New customers can book an after-hours appointment. Emergencies are prioritized.

What to bring

• Photo ID
• The email address, phone number, or username for the locked account
• Any recovery codes, old devices, or backup email you still control
• Business paperwork if the account belongs to a company
