Who this is for

Bring the computer in, start with a remote session, or ask us to come to you. We repair Windows, Mac, and Linux systems for homes and small businesses.

Most common repairs are finished the same day or the next business day once any needed parts arrive. Hardware work stays in Watchung. Nothing is shipped out for ordinary repair.

• Virus and malware cleanup, with ongoing protection if you want it
• Storage, memory, and other upgrades when a full replacement is not needed

How a visit or remote session works

• Call or walk in. During business hours we can often start remote help within the hour.
• You get a written estimate before any paid work begins.
• If we make a mistake, we correct the labor at no charge.
• Work stays confidential. We do not publish customer lists or ask for public testimonials.

One-on-one training

Training is customized to the software and tasks you actually use. Sessions can be remote, in Watchung, or at your location. Length is flexible. Everything is on the estimate before we start.
