Hours and after hours

Walk-ins are welcome anytime we are open, which is Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm except holidays, at 776 Mountain Blvd, Suite 201, Watchung, NJ 07069. We are on the second floor of the Tramz building, next to Higgins Funeral Home. Appointments and emergency service are available anytime.

Current customers: evenings, weekends, and holidays are available when you need them. Emergencies come first.

Support-plan customers: after-hours, weekend, and holiday help is billed at the same regular rates — no after-hours surcharge. See Support Plans.

New customers: book an appointment anytime, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, or we will see you the next weekday we are open. Emergency help is available. Urgent diagnostic time is billed, because we do not know your systems yet. We write that diagnostic estimate and get your approval before we begin. The estimate itself is free.

Parking and getting upstairs

There is rear parking and side parking toward the front of the building. The rear lot is often easier, and it is the more handicapped-accessible approach.

Use the front or rear entrance. The elevator to the second floor is in the middle of the main first-floor hallway, between those two doors. The stairs are next to the elevator. Restrooms are on the first floor and the second floor.

We are Suite 201, between Tramz (200) and Edwards Estate Law (202), next to Higgins Funeral Home. If you need help finding parking or the entrance, call (908) 903-9000 before you leave.

What to bring

• The computer, phone, or drive, plus its power supply and cables
• Any passwords, recovery codes, or notes on what happened
• A short list of the files or programs that matter most

How we work

Hourly rates are $150 for technicians and $180 for engineers. Time is billed in small increments. Simple shop work is often a flat rate.

Estimates are always free. You get a written estimate first. Nothing proceeds, and nothing is charged, until you approve it. There are no surprise bills.

Diagnostics in our shop are free for an existing customer, and free for a new customer when the visit is not urgent. Urgent diagnostics for a new customer are billed. We write an estimate for that diagnostic time and get your approval before we begin, including overnight, weekend, and holiday emergencies.

If we make a mistake, we correct the labor at no charge. Labor is also backed by a money-back guarantee for a reasonable period. That window is stated on the estimate and invoice.

We accept credit and debit cards, cash, checks, and invoices for businesses.

We do not publish customer names or ask for public testimonials. Your visit stays confidential.
