Who this is for

Homes and small businesses that want us already familiar with their setup when something breaks, including evenings and weekends. New customers can still get emergency help; a plan is how that becomes routine.

What a plan is for

• After-hours and weekend help at the same regular rates, with no after-hours surcharge
• Faster access because we already know your systems
• Optional monitoring and scheduled maintenance so small problems are caught early
• The same written estimates and money-back labor rule as everyone else

There are no long-term lock-in contracts. You may stop by discontinuing payment. We prefer ordinary tools so you are never trapped with us.

What it costs

Hourly rates remain $150 for technicians and $180 for engineers. Plan scope is written down before you start, so you know what is included. Call or email and we will size it to the machines you actually have.
