Who this is for
Bring the device you own — or one you are clearly authorized to have recovered. Physical possession matters here. The goal is to return your data and your access, not to open someone else’s machine.
Walk-ins are welcome during business hours. After-hours visits are by appointment. Existing customers can arrange evening or weekend help when needed.
What we handle
- Computers that will not start, or that you can no longer sign in to
- Failed, clicking, or accidentally formatted hard drives and SSDs
- Phones, tablets, USB drives, and memory cards
- Files lost to deletion, corruption, or ransomware
- Water, drop, and other physical damage, with an honest read on what is realistic
Logical recovery is done in-house at the Watchung office. Severe physical damage that needs a clean-room lab is referred to specialists, with no commission or markup on the lab work.
How a drop-off works
- Bring the device and photo ID. Call ahead if the machine is large or you need after-hours time.
- We confirm you are authorized to have the work done.
- You get a clear diagnosis and a written estimate before paid recovery begins.
- If recovery is not possible, you only pay the agreed diagnostic fee.
- Hardware stays here unless a specialist lab is required. Nothing is shipped out for ordinary work.
Most diagnostics are finished the same day or within 6–12 hours once we have the device. You decide whether to proceed.
What to bring
- The computer, drive, phone, or other device
- Power supplies, cables, and any dock or case it normally uses
- Photo ID
- A short note on what happened and which files matter most
If the device still powers on, do as little as possible until we see it. Extra use can make recovery harder.
