Useful checks first on ordinary work. New-customer emergency visits are billed for diagnostic time.
Always free, even in an emergency. No paid work begins until you approve the estimate.
If we make a mistake, we correct it at no charge.
Hardware stays here. Clean room recovery, if needed, is done within New Jersey.
What It Costs
Hourly rates are $150 for technicians and $180 for engineers. Time is billed in small increments. Simple shop work is often a flat rate.
Estimates are always free. You get a written estimate first. There are no surprise bills.
Diagnostics are free on ordinary visits. If you are a new customer and need emergency help right away, diagnostic time is billed.
After Hours
Current customers: evenings, weekends, and holidays are available when you need them. Emergencies come first. Near 24×7 support is possible for established clients.
Support-plan customers: after-hours, weekend, and holiday help is billed at the same regular rates — no after-hours surcharge.
New customers: book an appointment anytime, or we will take care of you the next weekday we are open. Emergency help is available; diagnostic work is billed because we do not know your systems yet. The estimate is still free.
Where We Work
Walk-ins are welcome anytime we are open, which is Mon - Fri, 9 am - 5 pm except Holidays, at 776 Mountain Blvd, Suite 201, Watchung, NJ 07069. We are on the second floor of the Tramz building, next to Higgins Funeral Home. Appointments and emergency service are available anytime.
On-site visits are not limited to a set area. Most of our customers are in Watchung, Warren, Basking Ridge, Edison, Piscataway, Bridgewater, Westfield, Scotch Plains, Cranford, Summit, Morristown, Springfield, Madison, Clark, Middlesex, New Providence, Berkeley Heights, Somerville, Bound Brook, Chatham, Long Hill, Bedminster, Bernardsville, Fanwood, Dunellen, Green Brook, Mountainside, Mendham, South Bound Brook, Garwood, Harding, Peapack-Gladstone, Far Hills, and neighboring towns. We travel farther when the work calls for it.
Most issues are handled remotely from anywhere.

The Tramz building is next to Higgins Funeral Home.
There is rear parking and side parking toward the front. The rear lot is often easier, and it is the more handicapped-accessible approach.
Use the front or rear entrance. The elevator and stairs are in the middle of the main first-floor hallway, between those doors. Restrooms are on the first and second floors.
On the second floor: Tramz is Suite 200, Jeevy Computers is Suite 201, and Edwards Estate Law is Suite 202.
